She helped me prepare before labor by giving me tips on how to get my body ready! She helped with keeping a positive mindset while preparing for this new journey in my life. She did a great job comforting me during the contractions — talked me through them while using essential oils and calming music to help me relax. She made me comfortable and supported every decision. I can still call her whenever to just ask questions, even after delivery, and I appreciate her for that.
